Someone help me. Lol..It seems that Oaks has become a new hunting ground for me and everytime I think about it, my lips start to feel smacky and a yearning to have something in my mouth plays up.

I just had myself the Montecristo 5. today. It wasn't too bad for an afternoon Cuban but here's my thoughts on the little Havana which I felt was a really pleasant roll.

Montecristo 5.
Nice crisp mocha finish with scents of vanilla with a slight hint of cinnamon. Wrapping was firm and free from weavils and mould which was good.
Holding it made me feel comfortable and firm, knowing that the cigar wouldn't go anywhere or fall out of my hand.
Upon lighting, the aroma filled the air with the presence of a strong latte with a smooth, easy draw. Ash was very light but firm and dark grey in colour, finishing with a lovely, crisp and smooth cream-caramel flavour lingering along the lips and on the palate. The Montecristo starts off with very slight and mild heat, tingling the senses but it also carries with it 3 different attitudes that seem to grow bolder and get stronger as it gets shorter. This growth in attitude also brings with it a full body and a slight kick with each draw as the length of time progresses.
All in all, it's a great roll for even the most casual of aficionados and beginners yet it makes for a very pleasant experience for even the most seasoned of smokers any time of the day.
